Q: Do I have 24 hour access to my belongings?
A: No, our access hours are 6am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Q: Is the office open everyday?
A: No, we are only open M-F from 8am-4pm, and Saturdays from 9am-12pm.
Q: Do you offer outdoor parking for RV/boats?

Q: Do you accept debit cards and credit cards?
A: We accept credit cards and debit cards, but we charge a 2% transaction fee. However, if you sign up for our recurring payment plan there is no transaction fee. We also accept cash, money orders, checks, and bank transfers.
Q: Do you offer insurance for my belongings?
A: No, we do not insure your personal items. For insurance you will need to contact an insurance company.
Q:Do I need a lock or will you provide me one?
A: We can either provide you one for $10, or you can provide your own lock
Q:Do I need to give you notice before I vacate the unit?
A: Yes, we require a 5 day notice before you vacate the unit.
Q:Do you offer climate control storage units?
A: We currently do not offer any climate control units.
